2. Use of the Website

You may use QYD only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website,
  • attempt unauthorized access to any account, server, or system,
  • submit false or misleading information,
  • use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the website,
  • misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or
  • infringe the rights of QYD or any third party.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, maintenance, or legal compliance.

3. Customer Information and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when:

  • creating an account,
  • placing an order,
  • submitting a cancellation request, or
  • contacting customer support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product:

  • specifications,
  • images,
  • dimensions,
  • prices, and
  • availability information.

However, minor differences in color, packaging, appearance, or manufacturing details may occur.

Images may appear differently depending on screen settings and device display.

Where a material error in a product listing is discovered, we may correct the information and, where necessary, contact customers affected by the error.

5. Product Availability

Product availability may depend on:

  • warehouse inventory,
  • supplier availability,
  • destination,
  • shipping restrictions, and
  • available logistics routes.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding an appropriate alternative, replacement, cancellation, or refund.

6. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on QYD are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.

The amount payable for your order, including applicable shipping charges, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Prices may change from time to time. A later price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted.

Currency conversion charges or exchange rates applied by PayPal, a card issuer, bank, or other financial institution are controlled by that provider and are not set by QYD.

7. Taxes, VAT, Customs and Import Charges

Taxes and import treatment vary depending on the destination.

For eligible orders shipped to supported European Union countries, QYD uses an IOSS-compatible fulfillment process where applicable. Applicable EU VAT and customs treatment are handled in accordance with the process described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country’s rules and the shipping method used.

Any known shipping charges payable directly to QYD are shown during checkout.

Customers should review the Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed information regarding EU IOSS, customs, and international delivery.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method available during checkout.

QYD currently supports payment through third-party payment services, including PayPal, where available.

Payment processing is also subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and policies.

QYD does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

9. Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the products shown in your order summary at the displayed price and shipping cost.

You should review your:

  • products,
  • quantities,
  • shipping address,
  • billing information, and
  • total amount

before completing the order.

An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has begun.

10. Order Acceptance

An order is accepted when QYD has successfully received the required payment and the order can be processed for fulfillment.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • product unavailability,
  • an obvious pricing or listing error,
  • payment failure,
  • suspected fraud,
  • invalid or incomplete customer information,
  • shipping restrictions,
  • absence of a suitable logistics route, or
  • legal or regulatory restrictions.

If QYD cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability depends on the product and destination.

Certain products are classified as US Only and cannot be shipped outside the United States.

Other products may be classified as:

  • International Light,
  • International Standard, or
  • International Heavy.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

International shipments may be fulfilled from a different warehouse than U.S. domestic orders.

12. Multiple and Split Shipments

Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different warehouses or through different logistics providers.

As a result, an order may arrive in more than one shipment and may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery of one parcel does not necessarily mean that all items in the order have been delivered.

13. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, submit an Order Cancellation Request as soon as possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

Orders may be transmitted quickly to suppliers or fulfillment partners. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the applicable return process will apply.

14. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

For eligible products, QYD provides a return request period of 14 days from receipt, subject to applicable exclusions and any stronger mandatory rights provided by local law.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

Customers should contact QYD before returning any product so that the correct return address and instructions can be provided.

15. Consumer Rights

Customers may have statutory consumer rights based on their country of residence.

For example, qualifying consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law applicable to a transaction, the mandatory law will take precedence.

16. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If delivery fails because of information provided incorrectly by the customer, including:

  • incorrect street address,
  • missing apartment information,
  • incorrect postal code,
  • incorrect recipient information, or
  • another customer-provided address error,

any refund or reshipment will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers should contact us immediately if they discover an address error.

17. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been processed.

Tracking information may take time to update after the parcel has been handed to a logistics provider.

International shipments may pass through multiple logistics partners before final delivery.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original QYD website content including:

  • text,
  • branding,
  • graphics,
  • layout, and
  • original written materials

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product trademarks, product images, logos, and other materials owned by suppliers, manufacturers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit QYD’s original website content without permission except where permitted by law.

19. Third-Party Services

QYD relies on third-party services for functions including:

  • payments,
  • website hosting,
  • analytics,
  • logistics,
  • fulfillment, and
  • delivery.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

QYD is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services beyond responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable website access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance,
  • technical problems,
  • hosting issues,
  • security measures, or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QYD will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside QYD’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the operation of QYD are generally governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

However, consumers located in another jurisdiction may retain mandatory consumer protections and rights available under the laws applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in:

  • our services,
  • business practices,
  • website functionality,
  • shipping arrangements, or
  • applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already applicable to an accepted order.
