Shipping availability, cost, fulfillment location, and delivery method may vary depending on the product, destination country, warehouse availability, product characteristics, and applicable customs or import requirements.

1. Countries We Currently Ship To

QYD currently ships to the following destinations:

United States

Shipping is available throughout the United States.

European Union

International shipping is currently available to:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

United Kingdom

Shipping is available throughout the United Kingdom.

Canada

Shipping is available throughout Canada.

Australia & New Zealand

Shipping is available to Australia and New Zealand.

Europe – Non-EU

Shipping is currently available to Norway and Switzerland.

Israel

Shipping is available throughout Israel.

Other Countries

Shipping to countries not listed above is not currently supported. If your destination is not within one of our active shipping regions, checkout will not provide a shipping option.

2. Product Shipping Eligibility

Not every product sold by QYD is available for international shipping.

Products are assigned to one of the following shipping categories:

• International Light
• International Standard
• International Heavy
• US Only

International shipping eligibility is determined according to product weight, dimensions, warehouse availability, logistics restrictions, destination availability, and available fulfillment routes.

US Only Products

Products classified as US Only can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

If an order contains one or more US Only products and the shipping address is outside the United States, international shipping will not be available for the order.

If your cart contains both internationally eligible products and a US Only product, the entire order must either:

• be shipped to a valid U.S. address, or
• have the US Only product removed before international checkout can continue.

The checkout system automatically applies this restriction.

3. United States Shipping

Shipping within the United States is currently:

Free Shipping — $0.00

Free Shipping applies to eligible orders shipped to valid U.S. addresses.

The actual fulfillment warehouse and carrier may vary depending on product availability and destination.

4. International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated according to the shipping classification assigned to each product.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Multiple Items

International shipping charges are calculated per item according to the shipping class of each product.

For example, purchasing two products in the same shipping class may result in the applicable shipping rate being charged for each unit.

If your order contains products from different international shipping classes, the applicable class-based shipping charges may be combined.

The final shipping amount displayed during checkout is the shipping amount applicable to your order.

5. Standard International Shipping

International orders are displayed at checkout under:

Standard International Shipping

This is QYD’s customer-facing international shipping service.

The actual logistics provider or carrier used to fulfill the order may vary depending on:

• destination country,
• product type,
• package weight and dimensions,
• battery or restricted-product requirements,
• warehouse availability,
• customs requirements,
• available delivery routes, and
• carrier availability at the time of fulfillment.

QYD may select a different logistics carrier when necessary to provide an appropriate route for the destination.

6. Estimated International Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination, product, warehouse, and logistics route.

Typical estimated international transit times after dispatch are approximately:

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Transit time begins after the parcel has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Order preparation and fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time and may vary depending on the product and fulfillment warehouse.

7. United States Delivery Times

U.S. delivery times depend on the product, available warehouse, customer location, and carrier.

Where available, tracking and carrier information will be provided after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary between products, even when products are placed in the same order.

8. European Union – VAT and IOSS

For eligible orders shipped to supported European Union destinations, QYD uses an IOSS-compatible import process through its fulfillment network.

For qualifying EU orders, applicable import VAT is handled as part of the fulfillment and declaration process based on the value of the order.

This is intended to reduce the likelihood that customers will be asked to pay the same import VAT again when the parcel arrives.

IOSS availability is subject to applicable European Union rules, order value limits, product eligibility, and customs requirements.

Orders that fall outside applicable IOSS eligibility rules may require different customs treatment.

9. European Union Customs Duties

Certain goods imported into the European Union may be subject to customs duties or customs processing requirements.

For eligible QYD EU orders, we generally use logistics routes designed to handle applicable customs processing and import charges as part of the fulfillment process where supported.

The logistics route may include customs duty, customs clearance costs, or other import-related charges within the fulfillment cost.

However, customs authorities and carriers retain the right to review individual shipments.

In unusual circumstances, an additional customs, import, regulatory, or carrier charge may still be requested due to factors such as:

• customs inspection,
• product classification,
• local regulatory requirements,
• address or destination restrictions,
• carrier route changes, or
• changes in applicable customs rules.

If you receive an unexpected request for an import payment relating to a QYD order, please contact QYD before making payment whenever possible so that the shipment can be reviewed.

10. United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and Israel

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import rules, taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, or carrier charges depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Where possible, QYD selects suitable shipping routes based on the destination and product.

Unless specifically shown or stated otherwise during checkout, customers should be aware that local customs authorities may assess import charges independently.

QYD does not control decisions made by local customs authorities.

11. Warehouse Selection

Products may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on destination and product availability.

A product available from a U.S. warehouse for domestic U.S. delivery may be fulfilled from a different warehouse for an international order.

For internationally eligible products, QYD and its fulfillment network select an appropriate warehouse and shipping route based on the destination.

The fulfillment location shown internally may therefore differ between U.S. and international orders.

12. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package.

This may occur when:

• products are stored in different warehouses,
• different logistics routes are required,
• products have different handling requirements, or
• individual products become ready for shipment at different times.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information may be provided separately for each package.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.

13. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a tracking number is issued.

Tracking may temporarily show limited information while the parcel is:

• awaiting carrier acceptance,
• transferring between logistics partners,
• undergoing customs processing, or
• entering the destination country’s local delivery network.

International shipments may use more than one logistics provider before final delivery.

14. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please verify:

• recipient name,
• street address,
• apartment or unit number where applicable,
• city,
• state or province,
• postal or ZIP code,
• country,
• email address, and
• telephone number where requested.

Some international carriers require a valid telephone number or email address for delivery or customs processing.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, address changes may no longer be possible.

QYD is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

15. Customs and Delivery Information

Customers may be contacted by a carrier or customs authority if additional information is required to complete delivery.

This may include requests for:

• address confirmation,
• recipient identification,
• customs documentation,
• product information, or
• other information legally required by the destination country.

Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.

16. Shipping Delays

Although we work with established logistics providers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside QYD’s direct control.

Possible causes include:

• customs inspections,
• carrier delays,
• public holidays,
• severe weather,
• transportation disruptions,
• high seasonal shipping volumes,
• remote delivery locations,
• regulatory checks,
• international transport interruptions, or
• local delivery network delays.

Estimated delivery times are therefore provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

17. Carrier and Shipping Method Changes

The shipping method available when an order is fulfilled may differ from the route originally estimated during product evaluation.

QYD or its fulfillment partner may use an alternative carrier or logistics route when necessary due to:

• route availability,
• customs requirements,
• carrier restrictions,
• service interruptions,
• product characteristics, or
• changes in warehouse availability.

Any alternative route must remain suitable for the destination and product.

18. Orders That Cannot Be Shipped

An order may be unable to ship if:

• the destination is outside QYD’s supported shipping regions,
• the product is restricted to U.S. shipping only,
• no suitable logistics route is available,
• the product becomes unavailable before fulfillment,
• the destination address is invalid or incomplete, or
• shipping restrictions prevent delivery of the product to the destination.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, QYD will contact the customer regarding the available options.

19. Shipping Rates and Policy Changes

Shipping costs and logistics availability may change due to carrier pricing, customs regulations, fuel costs, warehouse changes, regulatory requirements, or changes in international shipping conditions.

QYD may update shipping rates or supported destinations when necessary.

The shipping rate displayed and accepted during checkout is the rate applicable to that order.

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in shipping services, customs requirements, supported countries, or fulfillment procedures.
