Cancellation & Return Window

For customers in Israel, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions, a distance-sale transaction may generally be cancelled within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date the customer receives the required transaction disclosure, whichever is later. Certain consumers may be entitled to an extended cancellation period under Israeli law. Customers in other countries may have additional or different cancellation rights under the laws applicable in their location. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Return Conditions

If you received the product and wish to cancel the purchase, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address. The customer is generally responsible for returning the product, except where the cancellation is due to a defective product, a material discrepancy between the product and its description, or a failure to deliver as agreed. Returned items should be sent in a condition that allows us to identify and process the return. Use of a product does not automatically eliminate statutory cancellation rights, although compensation may be claimed where permitted by law if the product has been materially damaged or its value has been significantly reduced.

Refunds

For customers in Israel, refunds for qualifying distance-sale cancellations will generally be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. We will review the case and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate solution. Where the issue is due to a product defect, material discrepancy, or failure to supply the product as agreed, any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law will continue to apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an exception is permitted under applicable law. Depending on the product and the customer’s location, this may include perishable goods, certain digital or information products, custom-made or personalized products after production has begun, and products that can be recorded, duplicated, or copied once their sealed packaging has been opened. How to Request a Return

Please include your name, order number, the product concerned, and a brief description of your request. If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please also provide clear photos or video where relevant. Do not return an item to the sender, supplier, or any address shown on the package unless we have provided you with specific return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop processing or shipment where possible. However, because orders may be processed quickly by suppliers or fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after an order has entered processing can be stopped before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, the applicable return and refund procedures will apply.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product due to a change of mind or other cancellation not caused by a defect or error. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, or because the product was not delivered as agreed, we will handle the return in accordance with the applicable consumer protection requirements and provide appropriate return instructions. Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

Exchanges & Replacements
